ISO/IEC 29341-10-10:2008 - Quality of Service Device Control Protocol (Quality of Service Device Service) - is part of the ISO/IEC 29341 series that codifies the UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) Device Architecture. This standard specifies how a UPnP QoS Device models and exposes Quality of Service (QoS) functionality so that controllers and other devices can discover, query and manage QoS capabilities in pervasive peer-to-peer networks (home, small business, public spaces, or Internet-attached environments).
