What is BS EN 766 - Transport sacks made of jute fabric about?

Sack (a container) made of jute fabric other than polypropylene only, closed at least at one end, possibly in combination with other flexible materials used for the liner, to provide the properties required for filling and the goods distribution chain. BS EN 766 specifies the general characteristics, requirements and methods of test for sacks made of jute fabric. BS EN 766 is applicable to sacks made of jute fabric, having a filling mass up to 50 kg, intended for the transport of food aid. The determination of the breaking strength of the material of the sacks shall be carried out in accordance with ISO 5081 using the conditioning requirements specified in BS EN 766.
